  Breaking News!

Article IV, Section 9 of the Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements states the following:
"Unless such notice is recorded or Lis Pendens filed within one (1) year from recording of such notice, the lien shall lapse and be of no further force and effect whatsoever and the lot(s) shall be exonerated  from such charge and lien as reflected in the notice."


Because no action was ever taken and liens not re-recorded within 1 year, ANY owner that ever had a lien placed on their lot has been exonerated (pardoned) for any and all charges and liens. Please contact Sentry Management to request your refund. If you are denied your refund please contact local law enforcement or the House Select Committee on Condominium and Homeowners Association Governance.
