Dear Ms. Braun:
As I stated in my May 10th letter, your client has failed to disclose material terms of the loan in question, including but not limited to the lending institution and any security used to collateralize the loan. This letter will, therefore, serve as my second written request for the disclosure of the loan documents.
Under Chapter 720, Fla. Stat., meetings between the Board of Directors and their attorney are closed to homeowners only in those circumstances where attorney client privilege would extend. The ministerial execution of pre-negotiated loan documents does not fall under such privilege. The position that the acceptance of the loan package on May 10th and the terms contained therein was and remains privileged is baseless.
Further, I am again requesting the names of all Board members who participated in the May 10th meeting.
